As a buyer you have the right, within 30 days of receipt of the products ordered, to notify us to our e-mail address info@glassshaker.eu that you are withdrawing from the purchase agreement, whereby you do not need to specify the reason for the decision. The return of the ordered products is also considered as a withdraw from the purchase agreement. The only cost is the cost of returning the goods. The purchased products must be returned within 30 days from the submitted declaration of withdrawal from the contract. For the returned item, we will as soon as possible return the amount paid within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract. Potential action codes and discounts will not be refunded. Refund of the amount paid will be payed to the personal bank account of the buyer.
