In our online shop you can choose between 6 GlassShaker colors. At the desired color variant, choose the number of pieces, and add them to your cart.

Selected products can be found in your shopping cart. Upon completion of surfing, select “Checkout” in your shopping cart. Do not forget to control the quantity of each product ordered, and enter the voucher code (if you have received one).

After logging in to the online store, follow these steps to buy: choosing the details and delivery and payment methods.

In the last step, check again the selected products and the quantities and confirm the order. Do not forget to get acquainted with our terms and conditions.

In your e-mail address you will receive an order confirmation. We will also notify you when the order is processed and shipped. The order status can be checked at any time in your account, which also includes the chance to resolve complaints.

The personal pick up of the ordered products at the company or a private address is not possible because we are exclusively an online store. Packages are delivered in partnership with DPD.

Delivery of ordered products is carried out in 1-3 working days. If you have a product that can’t be shipped due to unforeseen reasons, within that period, we will inform you about this through your contact. For the shipping is our contractual partner DPD responsible.

The company Glassshaker, d. o. o. is not competent after posting to the post office for the cases, when it comes to damage, destruction, loss or contents of the shipment. In this case, start the complaint process at DPD. Apply the resulting package to the nearest unit of DPD in the same condition in which you received it, and fill the letter of complaint. Together with our partners DPD, we will ensure that your complaint can be resolved as quickly as possible.

As a buyer you have the right, within 30 days of receipt of the products ordered, to notify us to our e-mail address info@glassshaker.eu that you are withdrawing from the purchase agreement, whereby you do not need to specify the reason for the decision. The return of the ordered products is also considered as a withdraw from the purchase agreement. The only cost is the cost of returning the goods. The purchased products must be returned within 30 days from the submitted declaration of withdrawal from the contract. More about the returning and detailed rules for the return of products can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

For the returned item, we will as soon as possible return the amount paid within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract. Potential action codes and discounts will not be refunded. Refund of the amount paid will be payed to the personal bank account of the buyer.

The merchant uses the appropriate technical and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal information and payment transactions. Safety is also in the user’s responsibility, namely to ensure the security of your username and passwords and to ensure the correct software and anti-virus protection of your computer.
