The www.glassshaker.eu website contains an online store that operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. When Login in the system of the online store www.glassshaker.eu the visitor receives a user name and a password that can be used to access their account every time. The defining username and password are clearly connected with the data entered.

Terms and conditions of the online shop www.glassshaker.eu handle user rights and business relationship between the owner of an online store and consumers.

1. ORDER

Orders through the online store are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year except holidays. Help with purchases is available from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 15:00.

The consumer selects and purchases from the products that are available in the online shop www.glassshaker.eu and are sorted by category. By clicking on the button, he adds the items in the cart. 2. PRICE

All prices on this website are in euros and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of contract and have no predetermined force.

  1. Payment method

Regardless of the payment method, you will receive an email containing the bill (in pdf. Format), immediately after the payment or in physical form immediately upon receipt of the products ordered.

There are the following payment methods:

  • Via Braintree system by debit card or credit card (Activa, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro BA) or
  • Via the Paypal

 

When paying with a credit card you must notify us via email info@glassshaker.eu regarding a cancelation or a change in the order for a refund.

In case of payment by debit card or credit card the following conditions apply:

  • The buyer (account data) must be the same person or organization that is the owner of the credit or debit
  • After confirming the receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the content of the order or the final amount of the

INVOICING

After payment of the products ordered an invoice will be sent in PDF format to the e-mail address of the customer. It contains the prices and all costs relating to the purchase and a note about the right to terminate the contract.

The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the information before ordering. Later given objections regarding the veracity of the account will not be accepted.

SAFETY

The online store uses the appropriate technical and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. The shop uses for this purpose a 128-bit SSL certificate issued by a recognized organization.

4. DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS

The trader will deliver the ordered products to the user (buyer) within the stipulated time. Contractors by the dealer are DHL Express and DPD. The merchant reserves the right to choose another delivery service, if it can carry out the contract effectively.

Delivery is made by the contractor DHL Express and DPD.

5. DELIVERY COSTS

All shipping of goods are clearly indicated before confirming the order. Buyer of four or more Glass shaker receives the postage free of charge.

 

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS

The user (buyer) has the right, within 30 days from the date of receiving of the ordered products, to withdraw from the contract and send a notification about it to info@glassshaker. Where it is not necessary to indicate the reason for such a decision.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED

The dealer also extends a message of resignation as a withdraw of the purchase agreement. The only cost due to the withdrawal of the user (buyer) are the costs to send the goods to the dealer. Purchased items must be returned no later than in 15 days from the date of submitted resignation from the purchase agreement.

The store-bought products must be returned intact in its original packaging and in the same amount, unless the products are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced without an error by the user (buyer).

If the package is physically damaged with the ordered products, if the content is missing, or if it shows signs of opening, the user (buyer) has to initiate a recovery procedure at DHL Express or DPD.

For returned products the merchant will refund the consumer (customer), but not later than within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, the amount paid or used coupon or promotion code as soon as possible. Other discounts will not be refunded to the user (customer).

The refund of the amount paid is made by the merchant to the bank account of the user (customer). A utilized voucher is returned as a credit.

The purchase agreement (contract) is electronically stored on the server www.glassshaker.eu of the Website administrator and is accessible to the customers 24 hours a day in their user profile ‘My Account’.

Although we always act in good faith, it can happen that with changes to the website, errors occur. The trader is obliged to eliminate the error as soon as possible. The user can report the error to the dealer  on the phone number +386 30333077 or e-mail address info@glassshaker.eu.

 

If additional costs occurred by the error, the trader will try to settle them within 30 days of notification of argumentative fault.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The online store Glass Shaker ensures the accuracy of data on its website. Despite our best efforts, the nature of products, delivery or prices may change. In this case, the buyer will be informed of the changes and is allowed to cancel the contract or change the goods ordered.
