Returns are handled individually. If you would like to return a product, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us promptly, ideally with photos of the item and packaging, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you believe your GlassShaker has a manufacturing fault, get in touch and we will work with you on a repair, replacement, or other suitable resolution.
